Payment:

We accept Debit/Credit cards and PayPal. Please contact me if you don't see your preferred method of payment.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped in the stated turn around after payment has been received. Orders will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Please contact me before your purchase if you need your order faster than that.

Not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen once the package has been turned over to USPS. While I wish I could hand deliver every package, that's just not possible, please understand that I cannot take responsibility for another company's handling. If you'd like additional insurance, reach out, I'm happy to help! 

Need to add something to your order and want to combine shipping? No problem! Please place an additional order and include your original order number at checkout. If this number is not included, your orders will not be combined. A $2.00 processing charge will be assessed for combining orders and will be taken out of your shipping refund.

If there is a problem with your order and I need to ask a question, you will have 3 calendar days to respond or your order will be cancelled.

*Operating day(s) at My Fair Ellie are Monday-Thursday. Please see shop announcement banner at the top of the home page for any shipping delays. 

Returns/Exchanges:

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item, returns accepted within 7 days. The only exception to this would be seller error. Returns must be sent back in sellable condition, custom orders are not available for refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
