Shop Questions:
When will my order ship?
All orders have stated turn around time within the listing. Badge buddies typically have a typical turn around time of 7 BUSINESS DAYS (not weekends/holidays) while PREORDERS have a 4 week turn around time. Please remember that we are wives and mothers before anything else. I do my very best to send orders out as quickly as possible, but this shop can receive as many as 500 orders in a day and there are only 2 people fulfilling those on a daily basis.

HELP! My order has a mistake - ours or yours...
Mistakes happen! Generally they're an easy fix! Just shoot us an email at hello@myfairellie.com
Can you combine my orders?
Unfortunately we cannot combine orders. When the shop has 1500+ open orders at a time, it's hard to keep combinations straight. This results in us messing up and sending the wrong items, or forgetting to combine. So sorry for any inconvenience.
HELP! My package is lost/I didn't get it!
Super big bummer when USPS doesn't come through. Every package that leaves my house does come with tracking as a standard. If you notice that your package hasn't made movement in a while, I advise you to sign up for text alerts on your tracking number, that generally jump starts the movement. Your package will NOT be insured unless you specifically request it, or the weight of the package exceeds 1 lb. Please please know that I cannot replace lost/stolen packages. It would be impossible to know who is telling the truth/lying. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
I forgot my coupon code!!
Oh noooo!! Sorry to hear this! Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can refund every missed coupon code BUT if you're a member of our rewards program (icon in the bottom left of your screen) then you know you can cash in points frequently for great reward coupons! Also, our rewards program coupons don't expire so if you forgot to use it, no problem! Use it next time you shop!
I selected the wrong pickup location! HELP!
No problem! It happens. If you selected Tin Roof pickup, you can call them and they'll make arrangements to ship your order. Any other delivery mistake should email hello@myfairellie.com
What if I'm local and want to pick up?
No problem! At checkout you'll be offered five options for shipment... standard USPS shipping, priority shipping and two options for local pickup. Select one from the drop down and complete your checkout.
If you select Southbank Gift Co or Tin Roof Monogram - I make weekly trips to both shops to drop off orders. AFTER your order is dropped off and ready for pickup, you'll receive a tag on our Facebook VIP group here >> https://www.facebook.com/groups/MyFairEllieVIP/ - Not in our VIP group? No problem! We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup! PLEASE NOTE!!!! Your item will be marked "fulfilled" on your My Fair Ellie account BEFORE it's dropped off for pickup. Do NOT go to pickup until you receive the tag that your item is ready for pickup.
Do you have gift certificates?
Look at you, ya top notch gift giver!! We sure do!! Just check out our gift certificate options! They'll be automatically emailed to you at purchase.
What's the return policy?
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. You must send back your item, in sellable condition, to me for a full refund. No refunds on custom orders - ie monograms.
Where can I find your items locally?
Currently we keep stock in Southbank Gift Co and Tin Roof Monogram shop in central Missouri as well as the Gift Shops in Capital Region Medical Center and St Marys Hospital JC.
Where can I follow along with your new items and latest promo codes?
There are a couple ways to stay up to date! You can follow us on Facebook on our page, My Fair Ellie, or on Instagram @MyFairEllie... but the best way to see all news and coupon codes is to join our VIP Group on Facebook! My Fair Ellie VIP will always have the latest in shop news including preorders, sales and new item information.
Do you take custom orders?
We LOVE custom requests. But often our turn around time doesn't allow for them. You can suggest your design idea in our Facebook VIP Group. We will do our best to get you the item you have you heart set on!

Badge Buddy Questions:
How do these badge buddies work?
All My Fair Ellie badge reels are interchangeable. The badge reel base features a unique type of hook/loop piece that secures it tightly to the buddies. You purchase one badge reel and then as many toppers/badge buddies as you'd like. AND we just added a planner clip base and fridge magnet base option to the shop too! The badge buddies work with any of these options!
What if my badge reel breaks?
No problem! Send me a photo of your broken reel - hello@myfairellie.com - and I'll replace it, for free, you'll just pay shipping. I guarantee the reels for life, because what fun are the badge buddies if you don't have something to stick them to?!

What age do you recommend for your nylon headbands?
Any!! We've heard your horror stories about ordering nylon headbands that arrive and are stiff or don't fit your girls, that will NEVER be the case with these! I guarantee a great, soft fit from newborns through adults starting from day one. They maintain their shape and will look great use after use after use.
