My name is Beth Plank and I joined My Fair Ellie a few months ago. Most days you can find me teaching middle school students, but I also do cutting and gluing for My Fair Ellie! I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 16 years and we have two kids, Will and Josie. I'm a sports mom and I love to read and bake. I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing team!!
